Easy Way to Get Eye-Liner Off?

Water just isn't cutting it for me.


It doesn't get off unless I scrub it with a towel or something, and then it leaves my eye really dark.

if you dont have time to go out and get some, yes the baby oil does work BUT for the future, makeu-up removr works wonders.
LOL I had to ask my sister on this one........ ok what to do is take baby oil or any other lotion that u own and take a Q-tip and then just put a little on the liner and take the q-tip and swipe . My sis does it as if she is applying the liner again. it helps and its better than getting soap in ur eye ouch!

If you don't have a Q-tip use a cotton ball
There is make-up remover that you can buy. in either a cream or more watery form. It works well and wont damage yuor eyes and skin. Like all that rubbing is.
hahaha you'll look like you have a black eye. maybe if you didn't put it on in the first place you wouldn't have this problem. what about that lipstick that stays on 2wice as strong. is that hard to get off?
