What eye liner would you reccomend that stays on alll day long and doesn't smear?

um.... i use the clinique cream eyeliner that you apply with a brush.... you could also try merle norman with the same form. :)What eye liner would you reccomend that stays on alll day long and doesn't smear?

also before you put on your eyeliner put some conceler under your eyes , one that is a close match to your skin tone. And carry powder with you at all times to cover up any smudges.
Revlon Color Stay. I use it, %26amp; I know it doesn't smear, because when I laugh I cry, lol and it doesn't come off, unless i rub then, y'know? lol. But that actually stays on %26amp; it's not expensive.
Use a liquid eyeliner. Try Revlon Color Stay or something similar. It lasts waayyy longer than pencil eyeliner. If you really want to use a pencil eyeliner though, try Covergirl Eyeliner.. I think its called perfect point or something like that.
