i mean if i dont want want to use liquid eye liner what else i can use to line my eyes in the top portion as well as in the lower portion .I want to know about eye liner using.?
You can use pencil liners with eyeshadow over the liner to prevent smudging. Or you can try gel liners they are easier to work with than liquid but dry like them. If you really need more info i suggest going on youtube. There are tons of videos talking about the different eyeliner options and their application.
