Definitely those eye make-up removal pads. They are better than just soap and water and because they are for eyes, they will not hurt your eyes. Find them in boots or superdrug.What is the best way to remove eye liner??
The best way would be with an eye liner remover solution you can buy at the store, or baby oil. You could use cold cream or noxima, but putting that stuff close to your eyes can be dangerous and painful.

dampen a cotton pad or cottow ball or tissue and just rub it off ONLY DO THIS IN 1 DIRECTION otherwise it will smuge everywhere gd luck hope this helped xxxx
Try Johnsons baby lotion on cotton wool. This is great for removing all eye make up and also good for really sensitive eyes (like mine!)
FROM WHERE?
soak a cotton ball in makeup remover and hold it over your closed eye for a few seconds. Wipe your eye with a clean tissue or cotton ball. Then take a Q-Tip dipped in makeup remover and go over any remaining lines on your top or bottom lashes.
Nivea makes a great remover.

You can buy eye makeup remover at any drug store. It is only about $2.00. It works great...even with waterproof eye makeup.

A small amount of Johnsons Baby Shampoo on a cotton wool pad or cottom bud and ruby gently over the area.





Works a treat and is also good for mascara. Leaves your lashes clean and soft.

Gently rub petroleum jelly on your eyes (while they are closed of course!) and wipe it completely off with a wet wash cloth

Use an eye make up remover. You can get good ones at very reasonable prices at CVS/Walgreens. Try not to use products that are not meant for the eyes, it can lead to infections.
A little dab of Vaseline on a Q-tip...and gently wipe the eyeliner away.
Soap %26amp; Water
put a LITTLE BIT of lotion on a q-tip. then use the q-tip to take off the eyeliner. it works every time.
I use eye makeup remover but it takes a bit of rubbing to get it out from between the lashes.
Baby oil works the best.
Boots No.7 blue eye makeup remover and some very soft cotton wool. Take your time, don't scrub, repeat with t'other eye, and wash your face as normal afterwards.
