i love the liquid eyeliner. it stays for a long time and does'nt smear. it does burn a little at first . but you get used to it and its awsome!Eye Liner That Doesn't Smear?
yess. ive been having the same problem. and then i finally found an eye liner called Revlon Colorstay, in black.. its one of the pencil liners where you twist it up.. try it out.. i love it.
If your willing to spend some money on it try Make-Up For Ever or Stila, both of the brands eyeliner goes on so smooth. If your not willing to spend so much try Rimmel London, it works just as good as the others.
