Should you use black eye liner on brown eyes?

I have small brown eyes. I usually wear it on the bottom lid.Should you use black eye liner on brown eyes?
Yes black eyeliner looks fab on brown eyes,It's usually best if you put mascara on as well, Your eyes will look more defined and darker ..they can look larger by applying two shades of shadow , a light shade on the upper eye lid and a darker shade on the crese.The best color shades for brown eyes are slate blue,grey and plum will help brown eyes stand out ... hope this helps. Wearing it on the bottom lid will actually make them seem smaller. I would advice using a little bit on the top half outer corners. It will open your eyes so much more. Nothing too dramatic. Also use a light shimmer shade on the inner corners up to the beginning of you eyebrows, will also give the appearance of your eyes being larger. Nothing wrong with black on brown eyes either :)
I have learned that if you use eye liner on the bottom lid it makes your eyes appear smaller than they really are!! So if you eyes are already small...only use it on the top lid!! Yes black is my favorite and i use the liquid kind...i think it looks nicer and less clumpy! Also, i just bought some light blue...it really brings out my brown eyes and looks good if you have brown hair!! =]
Black eye liner matches perfectly with brown eyes. However, you said that you have small eyes..... If you are going to use it on the bottom lid be sure to only line half of your eye, from the outer corner in just to the middle. This will make your eyes look bigger.
eye liner depends on your overall colouring, if your blond with fair skin with brown eyes, black eyeliner is to harsh. I agree with only lining the top lid and only go 3/4 of the way... you don't want to close your eyes in.
I would try something with emerald blue in it or like an eggplant color. I have blue blue blue eyes and the complimentary color is brown. I think those colors above should really make your brown eyes pop.

I aslo have brown eye's and I use diffrent color eyeliner's but my favorite color to wear is gold eyeliner.



Yes...Black is a neutral and goes with every color of eye. Also, wearing it on your top lid as well would open up your eyes and make them look slightly bigger :)
Defonately, and make sure you drag the liner to the center just underneath the pupil.

Yes. You can definately wear black eyeliner with brown eyes... but you should experiment with amounts to see what best fits your face (and style). : )

Yes. But since your eyes are small, put it out side. But not a lot, because you don't want to look like a raccoon.
