i happen to like almay gel eyeliner.What is the best eye liner out there that wouldn't smear all day and is affordable?
I love Mary Kay's MK Signature eyeliner ($9.50) It glides right on, doesn't smear, and lasts all day long!What is the best eye liner out there that wouldn't smear all day and is affordable?
I really like MAC gel eyeliner. It lasts all day with out smudging (even if you accidently rub your eyes) The only problem is that you need to get a brush to apply it with. However I believe that its more value for money as it does last a lot longer.
I use NYC's black eyeliner, doesn't smear, at least on me, and it's only .99 cents. ;)
it depends on your preference. just try any color that match on your eyes.then if you have choosen a right one for you that's the best color for you to wear on. Dnt mind others as long as you know that it works for you. ............
lakme eyeliner is a good eye liner thet would'nt smear all day and is also affordable.
