Easy ways to put on eye liner and mascara.. ?

I usually wear it all the time, but i want it to look kinda natural. Idk... What types of eye liner and mascara should I use? I hate clumpss.Easy ways to put on eye liner and mascara.. ?
Okay if u want it to be natural use brown and blend it with bronze eye shadow. Apply a thin layer and use the pencil not the liquid.

2 if u want to look glamorous use a thin line of black liquid and use Volume Exact from covergirl for long beautiful lashes. (really brings out blue eyes) For eye shadows to go with this try this color chart

Blue Eyes: Silver or blackish

Green Eyes: Try a purplish that looks kind of natural (dont use alot because then you will look like you have a black eye)

Brown: Use bronze and greenEasy ways to put on eye liner and mascara.. ?
i use the Chanel Kohl eyeliner in black. its a bit pricey, but it's soooo totally worth it. it lasts really long while its on, and you almost never have to shave it down.

And for mascara, i've been using Fiberwig by Imiju lately. you can get it at sephora. it makes your lashes soooo long, it has fibers in it that build on top of eachother to lengthen. i use like 2-3 coats and it doesnt clump.

other good ones are Great Lash by Maybelline (its in the green bottle with the pink top, but i recommend the waterproof) and Big Fatty Mascara (if you like really thick) by Urban Decay.

yeah okay i'm done!! hehe
Well the only way to make it look natural, is to use natural colors. So stay away from the ebony and ivory and head over to the browns and what not. Brown/Black Covergirl Lash Exact is the mascara I use, and for eyeliner I use Maybaline brown eyeliner.

Hope I helped!

  • What is the easiest way to do eye liner on top?

Everyday I wear eyeshadow, mascara, and eye liner on the bottom. I feel weird I dont wear top, but idk how. Help? What is the easiest way to do eye liner on top?
some people tug on their top eyelids from the outer corner to the side

like a little towards their ears

so that the skins a bit tighter so it doesnt smudge as easiley

or you can get liquied eyeliner

caus ethin thin brush makes it harder to mess up

jsut make sure it dries before you start blinking alot againWhat is the easiest way to do eye liner on top?
just a tip (don't wear it on the top and the bottom at the same time, it makes most peoples eyes look smaller)

but on the top can look nice if you know how,

tug on your eyelids to the side as if your making them slanted.

make sure the point on the eyeliner is well sharpened but not were it is too thin, then that eye is closed and your looking down, draw a line following the shape of your line, but instead of just doing the line straight, make little dots as your doing it, like a dabbling effect (close to the lash line as possible) as if you were making slashes that connect! try to make the part closes to the corner of your eye a little thinner, then making it thicker until you go to the end of your eye. then you can go over with a similiar eyeshadow color and a skinny brush or q-tip and go over it to make the line perfect, do that part with that eye open so you can see what parts you have to fix. also, extend it a little past your natural eyelid upperwards to make a cat like effect!

    (and put your eyeshadow first)

    GOOD LUCK! hope i helped

also try to get a creamy eyeliner, it doesn't have to be expensive just get one that is ';kohl'; that means it comes off creamier which makes it easier
Wearing it on the top is easy. Just pull your upper lid out a little, and draw a thin line as close to your lashes as you can. If you wear mascara, you don't always need eyeliner on the top lash line, but it does give a nice effect and make it look like you have more lashes. If you want to try it, I say give it a shot. :)
please dont take this like in a racist way because im not racist at all, but this is the only way i know how to explain it.

you know when people make like asian eyes where they pull their eyelids out? well just do that while putting a thin line of eyeliner on your lashline.

or you can just do nothing to your eye and apply it, and if its crooked or messy, smudge the eyeliner and it will look less intense, and cleaner.
A great way to put Eyeliner on is:

Get liquid eyeliner and put it on the top, It doesnt matter if its smudged or not, But makesure you put loads of (over do it)

And then get a face wipe and wip the eyeliner off. Most of it will be on your lashline and the rest will be on the wipe!

    Good luccck

    She's really amazing :D
If you tug on your eyelids a lot then it will give you premature wrinkles.

i have the same problem so i still dont know.

    i search on youtube.

What is the easiest way to apply eye liner?

I just can't do it. would you recommend liquid or pencil for a better overall look? What is the easiest way to apply eye liner?
The best way is to follow your lash line. I highly recommend you start with a light color, that way if you mess up, you are less likely to see the mistakes as opposed to a dark color like black.

I discourage people, especially beginngers from using liquid eye liner because it really takes a steady hand to do liquid liner. What is the easiest way to apply eye liner?
Okay you are going to think I'm weird. I apply liquid eye liner by looking very close in a beareau or wall mirror. When I apply to my right eye it's closed to my left eye it's open.
i like it on the ';fold'; of the eye down.
    This website should help you.
Pencil, just takes practice and get a more smudged look.

Liquid is more or a straight bolder look, not as smudged as the other..
I actually like a push brush. It looks like a teeny-tiny straight-across paintbrush. You can use any dark eyeshadow, (dry or use a drop of water or liner fixative to wetline) pick up a little color and literally ';push'; it down into the lashline, with no dragging or mistakes. I've found it the easiest way to get a fine line right down at the lashes, or to lay down a thicker line for smudging.

(I've linked to a very nice Stila push brush.)
I'd go with a pencil. If you take a lighter and heat the tip for just a second, blow on it to cool slightly and then before it rehardens apply across your lower eyeline. Dark and easy. Hope it works for you too.
    With a hose.
use on finger to hold your lid very tight...(like asian eyes) so the lid line goes straight across...then use your other hand to apply it along the lid in a straight line

*I always have perfect appliance of liner on every first try!

i used to do it without holding my lid until my aunt read it in a magazine and this is a method that models do
the best way to put i liner on is to put it on easy and stedy and consentration

Whats and easy way to aply eye liner?

get one tht slides up fer easy application and start on th outer corners. stay close to th eye and make it thinner the closer you get to the inner corners. extend on the outside, and make sure its waterproof so you dont get racoon eyes.Whats and easy way to aply eye liner?
I suggest getting a gel or cream eyeliner which comes in a jar, and to apply it with a small eyeliner brush. A popular one is MAC fluidline, but I use Paula's Choice Gel eyeliner (it's around $12 -- i've had it for over a year and it's not dried out). It stays on the whole day and is easier to control than liquid eyeliner. It doesnt tug at your eyelid like a pencil does either.

    Here are some application tips:

    http://www.paulaschoice.com/product/cons鈥?/a>

You might want to go look at a youtube tutorial that will show you how to apply your eyeliner, cleaning up w/ a q tip, etc.Whats and easy way to aply eye liner?
use a angle eye liner brush and a very black eye shadow. wet the brush with water, dim it into the eye shadow and apply from the inner eye and work your way to the outer corner of your eyes. its so easy. liquid or the gel formula eye liner can be costly and it tends to dry out very fast.
If your using anything but a pencil its best to do small short strokes so the line isn't crooked...it's the best way to get a straight line. If your using a pencil just draw a line around your lash line.

If you mess up or put too much on just use a Q-tip to wipe it off...and be sure to blend any edges so you don't have harsh lines
I use a powder eyeliner and an eyeliner brush, others who use the eyeliner brush prefer a cream or gel eyeliner but we all agree using a brush to apply it is so much easier than a liquid or pencil liner- you have greater control and can acheive so many more looks with that one tiny brush!

EyE LiNeR oR lip LiNeR??(easy 10points!!!?

Ok so i like wearing eyeliner, but i want to try out some other colors, is it okay if i use lip liner as eyeliner?? I want to try out a few colors!

Please dont post things like ';thats stupid'; or ';why would u wanna do that?'; I appreciate it!(BEST ANSWER WILL BE GIVEN!!!) and i will give u a thumbs up if your answer is clear! :]EyE LiNeR oR lip LiNeR??(easy 10points!!!?
It depends on which color it is. I guess you could do that but if you go to Hot Topic (i know that store is creeepy but...) they have all different colors of Eyeliner. They have sparkles, red, pink, blue and many more. Hope this helps you!EyE LiNeR oR lip LiNeR??(easy 10points!!!?
i dont know. i dont think i would try that if i were you. your eyes are a very sensitive part of your face and some of the ingredients should not be used on your eyes. to be on the safe side, sephora has a wide range of colors and if you check out the sephora brand it is very inexpensive. hope this helps
    NO NO NO NO NO!

Pigments in lipsticks may not be safe for use around the eyes!!
yeah, i've seen it done before, like you can use a deep plum lip liner as an eyeliner.

    go for it

    =]
Well i don't think thats such a good idea considering that lip liner is specifically made for your lips.
why not? go for it! like a berryfull or pinky color..... b-utiful!
Lip liner has different chemicals/ingredients in it than Eyeliner and may cause irritation to your eyes(it did to mine.)

If you want to try it, go for it but just watch for irritation/redness.
I have seen that before it doesn't look that bad. I would go for it and if you don't like it then stop. Don't worry about what people will think, as long as you like it.

Were can I get really nice mascara and eye liner that's easy to put on?

For easy, long lasting, waterproof, and fade-proof eyeliner, I use either Make Up Forever's Aqua Eyes or Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide.

Both liners are in pencil form (so easy to use), and are very creamy, so application is very smooth and tug-free. The best part is that the colors are very rich. One quick line, and you're pretty much done! The colors come out very well, and they really make my eyes look spectacular.

Now, nice mascara that's easy to put on? I'm not sure what you mean by easy here. Do you mean not clumpy, not messy? I personally use Make Up Forever's Smoky Lash because it is very dramatic and entirely awesome; however, it can get a little clumpy. I would say go for either Christian Dior's DiorShow or Lancome's Hypnose (both in waterproof). Both formulas are very creamy. Hypnose is a little less clumpy but less volumizing. DiorShow is more clumpy but more volumizing. I tend to use Hypnose when I want panoramic lashes. You can read reviews of both at sephora.com when searching for the products.

Hope that was helpful! Were can I get really nice mascara and eye liner that's easy to put on?
    drugstores!

    cheap and works great.

    ..well some of them anyway.

lashblast by covergirl %26lt;- mascara. it's amazing.

and so is almay's eyeliner. the first like line or so you use

of that eyeliner isn't so good, but by like the third, it's better

than mac (which is like 10 or so dollars more than it!) and the best

part of almay's eyeliner is it doesn't smear and it takes a while to come

off. Were can I get really nice mascara and eye liner that's easy to put on?
    I use this,

but it's from Sephora so it's kinda expensive.

    I also use this for mascara;

    http://www.buymebeauty.com/images/maybelline/maybelline_lashexpansion_wash_full.jpg

you can get it at like CVS, Walmart, Walgreens and places like that for a few bucks.

And then for eyeliner I use,

(it's kinda hard to see). It's a winding one, that you twist.

And I got it at Target, but you can probably get it at those places ^^ too.

They all work really good, I put it on in the morning and it lasts me for awhile.

    Hope I helped.=)

How To: Eye Liner and Shadow

http://www.weshow.com/us/p/1226/lisa_per鈥?/a>What is an easy way to apply eye liner??
pull down the skin on your bottom eyelid and then draw a line bordering your bottom eyelid. for the top hold your eyelid down and do the same thing. [= hope this information helps.
close your eye, hold it down at the corner with your finger (that way when you want to blink or move your eye, you can't), start applying from the inner corner and draw a line along the edge to the outer corner, if you feel the urge to blink then stop let yourself blink and then go back to where you left off, also make sure you have a sharp point if you are using a pencil, and if you are using liquid MAKE SURE you keep your eye mostly closed for a couple minutes to dry (def don't blink if you are using liquid) that's why i suggest you start with a pencil and once you get the hang of it then try the liquid!
feel right under your eye bone and then pull down on your skin so your bottom lid comes up then just go in a straight line across and back.

for the top lip close your eye and hold it down then make sure you are on the edge (it looks really corny if you have it above the edge) and then go there and back in a straight line!

i no this sounds weird but i wouldent use liquid liner it is to hard to put on for a beginner so try shadow and use the brush that is in the link. that was what i used to use and it really worked and looked better tthen when my friends would put liquid liner on. also the pencil liner looks crapy so try this out i sware it will work
Rest your hands on a table to draw your eyes, this will help to stable you hands but not shaking it. Try it, it works!

  • GIRLS:Why do you wear eye liner 10 VERY EASY POINT JUST AN OPINION.?

I'm just wondering like I'm a female and I started thinking about wearing some. What does it do to your eyes for some reason I just don't see it,like if the eye liner doesn't do anything why do they wear it.But it does do something thats why they wear it.What is the eye liner suppose to do?If you don't like eye liner why don't you like it?GIRLS:Why do you wear eye liner 10 VERY EASY POINT JUST AN OPINION.?
Eyeliner is the only makeup (why do i hate that word? For some reason I do..) I wear, and I think that I just look better with it on. If you put too much on, it can make your eyes (at least mines) smaller, if thick but not too thick it can enhance them or make them bigger. I don't know, I just like what it does to my eyes, and I guess with it on I feel more confident (even though people call me ';emo'; and sheisse because of it...well, that's part of the reason)GIRLS:Why do you wear eye liner 10 VERY EASY POINT JUST AN OPINION.?
I wear eyeliner for a more personal reason - to distract from my acne.

Eyeliner does make a girl's eyes pop, gives some definition, and gives the very sultry, sexy look. As they say, eyes are the gateway to the soul, so that gateway should always look as beautiful as possible. It boosts confidence a whole lot, and you can always play around with different colors or ways to apply it.

For easy tutorials on how apply it easily, there are a ton on YouTube. Too many to count, even.
    hey!

personally i feel that eyeliners are worn to make your eyes bigger, lyk eyeliner started in india, and they used it to make ur eyes bigger so thats why! but there is no rush in using it. However i always wear it when i go out it just doesnt make me look dead then! hahaha...there is one problem, and thats with eyeliner it sometimes smuges so u need to take care to not rub your eye. You put it in the bottom line, lyk where ur eyelashes are...u make a thin line across it. and also ontop you put a thin line. For your top you should use liquid eyeliner, for the bottom use the stick so u dont tear.
Eyeliner helps outline your eyes to make them pop. Some people think that it brings out the colour in their eyes, while others think that it defines the eye from the rest of the skin. Personally I don't wear eyeliner but most people who wear eye make-up do. But if you do decide to wear it, make sure that you use mascara too!

    Hope I helped!
I wore eyeliner since the 9th grade.I think it just enhances your eyes. I wear makeup b/c I like to look my best.Without makeup,I feel like I just woke out of bed.natural beauty is beautiful aswell, but a little makeup doesnt hurt. You could wear the liner on the bottom lash area or on your eyelid. It's up to you.It sounds like you're too young for liner though.Theres no rush!!
Makes your eyes stand out more instead of looking washed out. You can buy them in pencils and you just run it over your water line. Just like your drawing a line a some paper, except it will be your eye :L

Miss sporty or Natural collection or Collection 2000 do them for about 拢1.95.

I look 100 times better with it on.
    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>

    answer mine

i wear it cuz i shadow is neutral and eyeliner gives it a pop

when u apply eyeliner do not pull on ur skin (u will get wrinkles in future)

just do gentle streaks at a time (dont draw a big line just streaks like an artist dont make it to thick make sure its the same size not bumpy)

    i would recommend pencil

    hope i helped

watch videos of wat not to wear the makeup girl shes good!
I wear it because it makes my eyes pop and stand out. It's essentially supposed to 'line' your eyes. For the top lash line, I GENTLY pull the lid to the side and apply the liner in short strokes.

    Hope this helped :)
its supposed to show your eyes more it makes it pop a lil

you apply it on the water line

i dont really know much about the top lid on eyeliner
wear it on you're water line...meaning the bottom...of your eye.

it makes you look more awake...and it brings out you're eyes more. :)
I look like a raging moron without eyeliner and mascara.

I feel prettier and it's just part of my ';look'; I guess.

The one i use is a sort of liquid liner its called Liner Feutre by Bourjois, its more like a felt tip pen but its a liner :]

also the rimmel liquid liner is good to, my sister uses it and it stays on all day

    Good luck :]
i LOVE smashbox. it isn't a liquid, more like a cream. but it doesn't budge! a bit pricey though.

i have heard excellent things about revlon's felt tip liner, i think it's called colorstay!
Maybelline's Ultra Liner stays on all day, and doesn't come off.

Prestige is really easy to put on.

I have and love both! Hah

    Hope I helped.
Try a gel or creme liner from MAC, and don't touch the liquid liner, let it dry first. Try URBAN DECAY..

What is the best liquid eye liner brand to use which is easy to apply?

    Try CoverGirl Line Exact.

It's like using a felt tip pen, I love it.

It's super easy. What is the best liquid eye liner brand to use which is easy to apply?
I like waterproof liquid liner the best, it doesn't smudge everywhere, especially if you are gonna be sweating any at all. I also think it's easier to put on the kind with the spongy tip vs. the actual brush. The spongy tip is more firm and you have more control. I think the last waterproof kind I got was some cheapo Maybelline stuff, it went on ok, but got flakey later. What is the best liquid eye liner brand to use which is easy to apply?
    lakhme
i really like LOREAL's liner. the wand is Flexible! also i recommend MAC's Fluid line :)
I love wet and wild! They have a new felt tip liquid eyeliner. and it is amazing! It was like $3.99. I love it. I use it almost every day. it doesn't chip/ flake, and its water proof.
    Barry M liquid eyeliner.

Its not the best of brands and it isn't expensive, but I find it better than all the expensive brands.

Its easy to draw a black line and looks great!

    x
MAC brand, when I can splurge on make up or decide to ';treat'; myself I always go for something from the MAC line. So far I've tried their eyeliners(liquid + pencil) and lipglass. I can't wait to try their eyeshadows next.

How do you apply liquid eye liner? easy 10 points?

i hav no clue ! i dont want to get it in my eye, does anyone have tips for a beginner ? [ i just bought wet n wild liquid eyeliner =] ]How do you apply liquid eye liner? easy 10 points?
right hunni i only really do it on the top eyelid so ill explain how i do it. I take any excess liquid eyeliner off the brush by brushing against the whole of the bottle (this is so you dont end up with a big splodge of black on your eye!!!) and it means the liquid is just absorbed into the brush.. I then start from the inside of my eye and lightly do i thin line, as i get to the middle, i get my finger and pull back my eye and continue the line to the end of the eye, practice makes perfect!!! and after you have tried it out a couple of times, try doing a neat flick at the end...it is a difficult technique to do but it will become natural once you have done it a few times!!! If you are going to have a practice make sure you keep some make up wipes near to you, so you can wipe away your practiced ones, and re-do again, and just keep trying from there!!! hope that helped you Hun xxxHow do you apply liquid eye liner? easy 10 points?
small dots along the lash line- careful with the bottom lash
i dont put mine on bottom cause i dont likie it but to put it on top with one hand hold your eye lid shut and with the other hand start from the inside of the eye(by your nose) and start to draw a thin or thick line coming out for a more dramatic effect wing the ends to make lashes appear longer
First of all, RELAX! It will be a piece of cake. You should practice first, when you have no where to go. With one eye closed, hold the corner of that eye with one finger. With the other hand gently glide the liner along the lash line, from the inside corner of your eye, going out. Experiment with the cat-eye look by extending the liner up and out past the corner of your eye. Smoothe lines, work slow but smoothly. Good luck.
    let someone else do it
if u are applying to your lower lid, it will run into your eye if you dont let it try. When you are holding down your lid...apply the liner then hold your lid down for a few seconds to let it dry. If it goes into your eye is burns...I try to stick with the pencils. Theyre easier to control and they last a lot longer, Good luck!
Rest your elbow on your desk, put your hand/wrist on your cheek, if your using a pencil eye liner i suggest you gently lift up the eyelid %26amp; draw it a little above the lash line (and then smude it, or blend it into your eye shadow), or if your using liquid i suggest you open your eyes, til your head up a little, and draw it on..draw it little by little, not in one sweep..it will turn out to be crooked. %26amp; also apply pencil for the bottom %26amp; then smudge with your finger.
its basically like a normal pencil, but its harder to put on. dont put on too much cuz it might drip slightly. and be careful cuz once u mess up, its hard to clean. also, liquid liner gives a more harsh look so only use it on ur top lid, just go slow and do it like a pencil almost, good luck!!!
Pull your eye lid, just as you would for regular eye liner. Draw very close to the lash line. Move carefully; if you get too shaky it'll look sloppy. Give it a couple of tries, It's really not too hard!
thats the kind i use and i LOVE it. i cant really tell you how to do it..it just takes some practice. go slow, and be careful.

What is a fast and easy way to remove eye liner?

WIthout using plain old soap and water....does anyone know of any regular household stuff that i can use to take it off? What is a fast and easy way to remove eye liner?
    hi :)

ok what i do it i take baby oil or any other lotion that u own and i take a Q-tip and i just put a little on the liner and take the q-tip and i swipe . i do it as if i am applying the liner again. it helps and its better than getting soap in ur eye ouch!

-good luck cutie :)What is a fast and easy way to remove eye liner?
Mary Kay all the way...and I don't sell it. Their Oil Free Makeup remover takes mascara and eyeliner right off. Even works on water proof. It does not irritate the eyes and safe to use contacts. It also moisturizes your skin.

If you want a cheap alternative - my grandmother taught me to use lotion. Yep. Regular lotion. Rub it in your eyes (closed of course) and wipe with cotton ball.
put any lotion on a q tip and rub on and rub of with dry side!
i TOTALLY recommend Almay oil free eye make up remover pads. omgosh i would die with out them. they take the eye make up right off and they are so cheap! way cheaper than spending money on that expensive crap like mary kay and other designer brands. seriously get this stuff! you can find it at any drug store. GOOD LUCK!
    makeup remover.

    there's lots of great kinds.

    i love marykay makeup remover.

baby oil works very good also.

lots of facewashes have makeup remover in it too, and work well.
Take a Q-Tip and put some Vaseline on the tip and gently rub off the eyeliner, but the best thing to do is buy an eye make-up remover like Maybelline Expert Eyes.
i use liquid eyeliner everyday and at night i take it off with baby lotion, works a treat!!!
I use my standard face cream. Comes right off.
    vaseline works wonders
amkeup remover works best, it even comes in travel sized containers.
    Eye make-up remover.
its best that you buy a eye makeup remover. I really like Clinique Eye rinse off. Its simply amazing.

I've tried every kind of black mascara/liner on the market, yet I still get black smudges under my eyes. Help!

before u put on the liner did u put a primer underneath it? do it, it stops the smudges. n make sure the product u use is water proof.I've tried every kind of black mascara/liner on the market, yet I still get black smudges under my eyes. Help!
The Same Thing Kept Happening To Me But Now I Use A WaterProof Mascara. Its A CoverGirl Brand. So Far, Its Been Working For Me. No More Smudges And No More Little Black Flakes. Its Great.I've tried every kind of black mascara/liner on the market, yet I still get black smudges under my eyes. Help!
Put some powder - like translucent under your eyes, over your foundation.

Only use waterproof mascara and waterproof eyeliner.
try cover girl lash exact mascara i use this all the time and never get smudges its has a rubbery brush soo it doesnt clump as well. The mascara is advertised by queen latifa and is in a purple bottle just in case you wanted to buy it lol its really good.
Amanda, this might be a stupid question but can you buy the beelushcious products in stores or only online?
this happens to me! like, i'll put it on, but an hour later, it won't be there and it will look like i have black bags under my eyes! so i just don't wear it

  • Can you put liquid liner under your eyes or on your water line?

As Fuled By Bianca said, if you do put it on your waterline, you have to make sure to be very careful. I accidentaly got it in my eye, and ouch! It burned for a while. If you are too afraid to try it on your waterline, try it really close to your waterline but not on it exactly. Can you put liquid liner under your eyes or on your water line?
You could if you wanted to. But...it might chip into your eye and hurt...a lot. What I do is i use liquid eyeliner on the top and use the pencil on the bottom. It's a lot easier and plus i wear contacts so I can't really get anything in my eye or it would hurt like crazy! Anyways, hope this helped!

(P.S. if you have blue eyes or green, go with brown pencil eyeliners and use it on top and bottom. It looks REALLY cute.)

~Hayley~Can you put liquid liner under your eyes or on your water line?
It can be difficult to apply it to your waterline, simply because it never seems to set right. What you may want to consider is gel eye liner. I've found that I can use it on the bottom and top and it works really well. To recommend a brand, I've had a great results with Bobbi Brown. See the link below.

Please note: I do not nor have I ever worked for BB cosmetics. Just a personal recommedation.
under your eyes you could. If you do it on your water line it's going to run and sting your eyes. I've tried it lol. Try liquid on top and pencil on bottom
Yes i do liquid all the time on my waterline. You just have to be careful with it.
yes you can.. but just be careful you might hurt yourself
eww i hate liquid eye liner its gross i wouldn't recommend it

Do you think eye liner looks better on the water line or under it? I have blue eyes and wear black liner. ?

Thank youDo you think eye liner looks better on the water line or under it? I have blue eyes and wear black liner. ?
I've heard you aren't supposed to put it on the waterline, but sometimes it looks better there. It all depends on who you are.

It would be easier if you had pictures of one on the waterline, and one underneath.

(:Do you think eye liner looks better on the water line or under it? I have blue eyes and wear black liner. ?
its better as close to the lash line as possible, and I would suggest a waterproof pencil. Rimming inside is good only on top, avoid the bottom though.

    Also, black may be too bold depending on your complexion. If you're fair: only use it for a dramatic night look;

I would recommend a purple liner that has a more red undertone. It will complement your blue eyes and really define them nicely.

If you don't know what you're looking for, go to a counter or a sephora and have a make up artist help you.
It should be used along the bottom lash line and then wet a q-tip and run it underneath the last line to clean up. When you do it like this it will last longer and make your eyes look perfect!

I do it closer to the water line as well.

ON the lash line. Run your eyeliner pencil just over the root's of your bottom lashes and put a little mascara on. Maybe some white eyeliner on your water line, to make your eyes look bigger, and more awake.

    Hope i helped (:
waterline and just a tiny but under it, dont put too much under it cuz then it looks trashy, the waterline is more natural and deinfes your eyes better
water line under it looks like a racoon and will eventually [[within a year]] from rubbing the eyeliner across ur eye will make ur bottom eyelashes fall out. ick.
It is called the water line..and if your eyes are small I would put under lash line...if big then you can put on the water line.
If you have small or medium eyes, put it on the lash line. If you have big eyes, wear eyeliner on the waterline.

on the water line... im guessing u mean the lower lash line but on the top right? Well, i really like how it looks there especially on blue eyes so ur very lucky.
water line? you mean the inner lid? I wear it all around, I to have blue eyes and wear only black eyeliner.
    Depends r u EMO ?

I wear eye liner nd since i were it I'm starting to get dark circles under my eyes is it because of the make-u

i were eye liner nd since i ben wearing it i have dark circles under my eyes is it because of the make-up or just because im not getting enough sleep?? [i sleep around 9 or 10]I wear eye liner nd since i were it I'm starting to get dark circles under my eyes is it because of the make-u
if u sleep around 9 or 10 hours, thats fine... its not because lack of sleep.

Make sure that u remove all ur makeup and What u should do is take a cotton ball, put face cream/lotion on it and wipe under ur eyes... this is just to make sure that its not some eyeliner that is making it dark.

If u still have the circles, then here's the best way to remove them. take 2 wet tea bags and put them in the fridge. Once they are cold, put them on ur eyes for about 15-30 mins. That should remove them.

hope this helps and good luck! =]I wear eye liner nd since i were it I'm starting to get dark circles under my eyes is it because of the make-u
You may not be removing your eye-liner properly at night. Use a make-up remover made specifically for eyes as other products like face cleansers and oil may cause major problems if they get into your eyes. If it's not the eyeliner and you are getting enough sleep, your under-eye circles may be genetic (I have them). You just may need a little concealer to hide them.
im not sure about getting enough sleep, but some people just have under eye circles, maybe it because you arent removing all your eyeliner? that happens to me sometimes, so maybe you should find a good makeup remover, i use lumne make up remover you can find it at CVS, and it works realllyy good (:
TIP: in the summer (or anytime) if you have too many problems with mascara and eyeliner running or smearing ; only wear it on the top eyelids

    http://mad-style.wetpaint.com/page/Eye's鈥?/a>

I have a little section on What causes dark circles

(It's at the bottom of the page)

If that doesn't help, you might just want to get a concealer one shade lighter than your skin tone, and gently dab a little under your eyes.

(Tip: don't go more than one shade lighter because then you get raccoon eyes. Don't go darker cause you won't solve the problem!)

    hope I helped!

unless your doing a really bad job of removing makeup off your face, then thats probably it. but u sleep early so yea not sure. but what you can do is drink green tea ( i know it sucks) but arizona green tea is good. its full of antioxidants that can help with that. but to see if its because of ur makeup take a q tip and dip it in oil and sweep under your eyes. oil is the best make up remover so yeah.
u r getting enough hrs of sleep but its the eyeliner that is doing it, you just have to get a REALLY good face wash (something that has scrubbing beads would be good) and really get under your eyes. and wash your eyeliner off every night. hope it helps!
Yes it's probably the makeup - it sounds like you're not taking it off properly. Get a good eye-makeup remover (not just cleanser) and use cotton wool to wipe it all off. Remember - don't rub! You'll get crows feet!
i know! me too! but i sleep like 8 hours so yeah

but lately, my sleeping is different and its also just lately that I started wearing eye liner so i dont really know if its because of sleeping or from the make up..

Can some one tell me were eye liner is suppose to be worn, on the eye lid or under the eye... ?

The purpose of eyeliner is to make your eyelashes look thicker, thus defining the eye. Eyeliner goes right at the roots of the lashes on the upper lid. Liquid liner will give a hard defined line which is very dramatic, but appears overdone for every day. Use a pencil liner in a color close to your lashes and ';push'; small dots of color between your lashes. This will give the most natural look while defining your eye. You may do the same to your lower lid, starting at the outer corner and stopping when you reach the outer edge of your iris. It should be very subtle, otherwise it looks like you drew a hard line under your eye. Don't line the entire under lash area unless you are going for a very dramatic look. In many cases it can make your eye look smaller, ';framed'; as it were, in a dark case.

Never put liner on the soft skin right above your lower lashes. The chemicals are more easily absorbed into your body and can irritate the delicate membrane or your eye.

Always remember to wipe your liner with a piece of toilet tissue after each use before recapping it to remove some of the bacteria and dead skin cells it has picked up. Do the same with your mascara brush, and always throw away these products after 3 months to avoid possible eye infection from bacterial growth.

eye liner on the top (smudged in with the lashes) will cause your eyes to look larger, under the eye (under the lower lashes) most often is best with color liner and is for a more dramatic look, and dark liner should be used right above the lower lashes to darken the look of your eyesCan some one tell me were eye liner is suppose to be worn, on the eye lid or under the eye... ?
I use a thin line on the top eye lids and make it blend with the mascara if your wearing any..

under the eye makes it look more dark and dramatic :)
If you are using liquid eye liner it should be worn on your top lash line, and if you are using a pencil eye liner it can be worn on your upper lash line or the bottom lash line.
You can wear it on the bottom of your eye either under or on, and on the top of your eyelid. Depends on how dramatic you want it to look.
It can be worn on top or bottom,

however you like to wear it!

Eye liner I can put under my eye that won't smear?

I only put eye liner under my eye..

I use lancome pencil eyeliner%26amp; my skin's somewhat oily but I put powder around my eye before putting on eyeliner%26amp; after applying I add a little eyeshadow around the area to try and prevent the smearing a little but in a few hours its just a big goopy mess

I can't use liquid eyeliner under the eye because it hurts%26amp; ends up cracking in little pieces%26amp; gets into my eye, which takes a while to washout and I don't have time for that in school

I've used eyeliner gel/ whatever you call it, its like in a jar %26amp; you need a brush to apply it, it dries up really fast but it cracks %26amp; smears and its horrible ..

How do I stop the smearing ? What type of eyeliner do I use

Help D:Eye liner I can put under my eye that won't smear?
Either waterproof, smudgeproof, or longwear. There is a waterproof version of almost every eyeliner!

My favorite waterproof eyeliner is Maybelline New York Unstoppable Eye Liner

My favorite smudgeprood eyeliner is L'Oreal Paris HIP High Intensity Pigments Kohl Eyeliner

My favorite Longwearing eyeliner is CoverGirl Outlast SmoothWear All-Day Eyeliner

    Hope this helped!

~Olivia~Eye liner I can put under my eye that won't smear?
I really like Maybelline Unstoppable. It has mixed reviews, but on me, it absolutely does not budge even on my super watery eyes, and its the only one I can use on my waterline and have it stay for at least 7 hours. Hope that helps!
Try black eyeshadow or whatever color you use for eyeliner and use an eyeliner brush and put it right under your lower eyelashes as eyeliner.
avon liquid pencil I use it and it is the best It is a pencil but softer than a pencil
Estee Lauder Double wear pencil....they last for ever and don't smudge..they are 19.00 bucks though...but worth it.
try water proof eyeliner...that is sure to help..

Should i wear eye liner since i already have dark circles under my eyes? I'm 16?

I get really bad circles under my eyes, but I also refuse to leave the house without eyeliner. As long as you wear it well, i.e. prevent smudges and wear mascara too it should be ok. Be careful using concealers under your eyes as they can look heavy and are more likely to cake and flake (never a good look :oP) always use a specific eye concealer and try using an anti-circle eye cream at night, or if you can afford it splash out on Benefit's Oh La Lift (works wonders, trust me).

    Hope this helps :o)

xxxxxxShould i wear eye liner since i already have dark circles under my eyes? I'm 16?
I have dark circles under my eyes as well, and I only wear eyeliner on my top eyelid. I've found that wearing it on my bottom eyelid just accentuates my dark circles. For the same reason I wear very little mascara on my bottom lashes. And find a good concealer that works for your skin tone. The ones with yellow or green tints to them work wonders (yellow tinted concealer is my one must-have, essential cosmetic).Should i wear eye liner since i already have dark circles under my eyes? I'm 16?
Eye liner might help open up your eyes some more, but don't wear it very thick! If you wear it too thick, it will make those dark circles look darker!! Maybe you need to get more sleep!!?? :)
    no
Not until you find a good under eye concealer!!! If the eyeliner smudges, they'll just look worse!!! Under eye concealer, NO POWDER ( eyeliner won't stick) then apply eyeliner!
If you want to you can. Just make sure you don't go too overboard because you don't want to start looking like you're dying. Try some under eye concealer to hide the dark circles. I also have dark circles and I only use eyeliner on the top of my eye right on and a little above my lash line. It makes my lashes look a little fuller out to the side. To me any more than that is too much and I start looking gothic.
I odnt think eyeliner would make a difference to the circles under your eyes. But you should always check throught tthe day if your eyeliner is starting ot go under your eyes.

and you can always cover the circles under your eyes withcoverup that matches your skin tone, if not a little lighter.

at least thats what i do.
You can, just put it on the bottom

  • Is it true that if you sleep with mascara or eye liner u will get permanent dark rings under your eyes?

Not true but it sure isnt healthy for your eyelashes, They need to breathe and grow that is why its best to wash it off at night.

If not it can contirbute to your lashes falling out or not growing.

%26lt;3Is it true that if you sleep with mascara or eye liner u will get permanent dark rings under your eyes?
sorry but it is true you should never never sleep with eye make-up on you're eyelashes are going to be gone in three yearsIs it true that if you sleep with mascara or eye liner u will get permanent dark rings under your eyes?
no, i fall asleep with no makeup on all the time, and dark circles are genetic not from sleeping with makeup
i doubt it why would that happen. besides the eyeliner would probably rub off
haha..no i do that and i dont have any rings
    yes, don't sleep with makeup
Not that I heard of but one important thing, do not sleep with the mascara or eye liner. Its not good in long term as the skin might be hurt in long term due to the chemicals that will pentrate to your skin.
No, old wives tale! However, it is good to take off your make up before you go to sleep.
No that is not true there is no way that mascara can change the pigment in your skin. But you should take off your make up before you go to bed it's better for your skin.
    False
i don't think so....but I have heard that sleeping with make up increases the aging process. I dunno
    i don't think so. i sleep with my make-up on even though i shouldn't.
Pro artist here, listen girls take your makeup off before you go to bed! no it will not create permanent dark circles, but sleeping in any makeup clogs pores, causes lash breakage, and prematurely ages your skin. If you want eye wrinkles at 29 instead of 39, then keep sleeping in your makeup. Use a gentle cleanser, whether regular or for waterproof makeup. Use warm, not hot water, and don't tug at the eye area, that does break small blood vessels and will cause permanent dark circles. I know, that most of you are young, and don't have wrinkles, lines, furrows, etc, but you will thank me when you are older. I'm 37 and 2 days ago someone mistook me for 29.
Haha no. I sleep with eye makeup all the time and I have no rings under my eyes.
Nope, but it might make your lashes weak and prone to shed more than normal.
I've never heard of that but I can see where leaving mascara on over night could weaken your eyelashes, causing unwanted breakage. As for eyeliner I know when i've done it my eyes sometimes got get irritated and itchy.
No, but don't do it, it'll leave rings but it's not permanent.
    no
no no no lol..you may wake up with major smearage..but a bit of vaseline and a cloth will take it right off after your shower..lol..
No, you can still take it off easily the next day.
    definitely not
False; but it is bad to sleep with makeup, CLEAN IT! what you could end having is pink eye!!
i do not think that is true.
Absolutely NOT TRUE. I am 19 years old and I have been where both eye liner and mascara since I was 15 and I have fell asleep numbers of times without taken it off. You will wake up looking like a raccoon but it comes off. Just buy you some make up removers and take it off like that. But NO you cant get permanent rings around your eyes after sleeping with eye liner and mascara on!
no way I have done it for 30 years and no dark circles for me.
The makeup should come off if you have makeup remover!!!

When i wear eye liner it smuges under the eye and collects in the coners of the eye how do i stop this?? ?

it looks uglyWhen i wear eye liner it smuges under the eye and collects in the coners of the eye how do i stop this?? ?
Get liquid eyeliner. MAC's line is really great, doesn't crack, and is very solid looking. And since it's near impossible to put liquid eyeliner on your lower lid/water line use a dark eye shadow instead. Works a helluva lot better. When i wear eye liner it smuges under the eye and collects in the coners of the eye how do i stop this?? ?
Try Almay liner, thats what I use and it never does that. Also, online you can find this type of primer that you put on before putting on your make-up and it holds it until you wash it off at night.
if you don't like liquid eyeliner, i use revlon colorstay eyeliner, its about 8 dollars at walmart but i can sleep in it and it doesn't smudge at all.
    use liquid eyeliner =]
    dont wear eyeliner

    lol

The eye liner spreads under my eyes...?

i use the pencil eye liner for the college and at de end of de day it spreads around my eyes making my already present dark circles even more darker....how to not allow the eye liner spread....The eye liner spreads under my eyes...?
Get a better eyeliner. or get a liquid or pen one. I think mines called pot of gold or something, it's really good, but it goes on really dark so i use pencil first and blend it, then use the pen or liquid eyeliner but don't put it all over where you have used the pencil, just put it mainly at the top nearer you eyelashes, and smudge it down while it's still wet. It'll stay all day. Oh and another thing that looks nice, use pencil underneath your eye, and then use a liquid glitter liner over it, but spread it out, when it dries on top, it will keep you eyeliner on at the same time, but make sure you don't use too much eyeliner, that could just be you problem. The eye liner spreads under my eyes...?
i think you like to put heavy eye liner because if you apply little then it does not spread..i also like to put loads of liner under my eye so to make sure it doesn't darken the area under my eyes, i use a concealer first and then i dub some powder under my eyes. After applying the liner i take a cotton bud and smudge all the liner under my eyes with that, this way ur liner will never spread...it works for me n for my friends, give it a try..now only smudge ur liner with the cotton bud, do not rub it..!!
First of all, try not to use a pencil eye liner. It is not meant for the people in india! We live in a tropical country and tend to perspire a lot. The reason it spreads out is because there is excess oil being secreted. Hence I suggest you shift into the lakme stick or bottle liner. Try using kohl to line it from the inside to give a beautiful dark effect. If you are comfortable with the stuff you are using right now, then tap a little compact powder below your eyes and rub it off. This will blot the excess oil. Hope this helps .
I used to have this problem all the time.

I bought a eyeliner with a smudge stick on the end. When I apply my eyeliner I now jsut smudge it across (I also like to use the stuff that stays on the smudge stick on the crease on my eyelid. This makes my eyes stand out even more) and it stays where I put it and it also looks more natural. One of my friends didn't even know I used eyeliner, she told me she jsut assumed I had a lot of lashes lol.

    Help?

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>

    Edit:

Also be aware of your mascara. Mascara can be responsible for this too so make sure you spend the money to buy a good, non-smudge, waterproof one!
Do you wear mascara? If you don't, buy some (drugstore mascara will work) and apply it AFTER you put on your eyeliner. Be sure to work the brush into the roots of your eyelashes; this helps the eyeliner stay in place.
i use to use the pencil too but then i started using the liquid eyeliner and it lasts all day without spreading. and its cheaper than branded pencil eyeliners. its like 2 dollars at walmart or any other store.
Try using an eye primer around the eyes prior to applying the liner. I have seen this technique in video tutorials and tried it myself, it works wonders.
get avon eyeliner, and you wont have any problem (i 4got to take it off in the pool, and it didn't smear at all) AND ITS NOT WATERPROOF EITHER... talk about good buy
    I have the same problem but i found out that if i put it on when it's colder outside it dose not spread as much and ''; IF YOUR DARKER';';

then try using a lighter eyeliner
I always put Urban Decay Primer Potion under my eyes liner. Also, set the eye liner by running the same color eye shadow right beneath and on top of it. i promise this will help!
Maybe it's the type of eyeliner you use. The same thing happened to me so i changed to Rimmel London - Soft Kohl. It stays put the whole day :)
maybies you put to much on

    actually u probably dont

i dont use eyeliner so i dont know

Can you wear eye liner if you have bags under your eyes?

it looks even worst to meCan you wear eye liner if you have bags under your eyes?
I recommend posting this on a tutorial depending on the extent of the bags and you can line with light shimmery colors but again without seeing you I can not give you a real answer.

    Ask:

Sara Victor Tutorial on youtube she is in my opinion the best one I have viewed.

She is more talented than Makeupgeek or PanaceaCan you wear eye liner if you have bags under your eyes?
No. If you have bags under you're eyes you should try concealer

to cover up the bags then you should apply eyeliner after wards.
you'll look extra tired, you should use a light color eyeliner and a concealer to hide your bags
Why would you have luggage hanging from your eyes? That'd really weigh 'em down!
it looks better if u remove ya eye bags den puttin eye makeup on
    NO!

Where are you suppose to put your eye liner on/under?

are you suppose to put it on like where your bottom eyelashes come out of? the actual spot they come out. if not where....cuz i never know where to put it.Where are you suppose to put your eye liner on/under?
Your lash line. Like, directly past the point where they grow on the outer lid. If you do it on the inner lid, you risk getting an eye infection, and directly on the lashes can become a smudgy, inconsistent mess.Where are you suppose to put your eye liner on/under?
on the TOP from even to your pupil out to the sides
There are basically 2 types of eyeliner that most people use.

    Liquid and pencil.

Liquid eyeliner is usually used on the top lid, whereas pencil eyeliner can be used on the top, bottom, or both.

How you apply your eyeliner depends on:

    - the type of liner that you use

    - your eye shape

    - the look that you're trying to get

So...there really is no direct answer for this question.

Makeup, especially eyeliner, can be fun, so experiment with it.

You can also look up tutorials or go for a makeover and get the makeup artist to teach you on proper makeup application, including wearing eyeliner. Remember that makeup looks different on everyone, so you really have to try and play around with it until you get the look that you want. Good luck!
under the lashes and on the top right by your eye lashes
I PREFER TO PUT IT ON UNDER IT LAST LONGER AND DOESN'T SMEAR AS EASY
you can wear it wherever you want.....depends on your eyes though. Are they big, round, slanty, what look are you going for,
yea i put it there like real close to ur eye...ppl say its not good but it looks stupid the other way
Apply it closest to the lashes, if you apply it thinly you can go top and bottom. To make your eyes pop use a different or opposite color of your eyes.
    it dont matter
Depending on the eye shade. Place the color on the Top and lower lid. Note: Place a lighter color on the lower lid.

Eyes: Blue Hazel you might try a gray for the Top and Bottom lid.

Less pressure for the Bottom lid. Light purple eye shadow.

Eyes:Hazel Green you might try a blue for the Top Lid, and light sky blue for the bottom lid.

    Light blue eye shadow.

Eyes: Hazel gray you might try a gray for the Top and Bottom lid.

Less pressure for the Bottom lid. Gray eye shadow.

Eyes:Hazel Brown try a light purple for the top lid and for the bottom a light blue. Gold eye shadow.

Eyes: Blue try a Purple eye pencil for top and bottom lids. Light Blue eye shadow

Eyes: Green try a Golden Emerald color eye pencil for top and bottom lids. This will enhance your eyes natural color. Light purple Eye shadow

Eyes: Gray try a Grayish undertoned blue eye liner pencil ofr top and bottom lids. This will bring out the Gray in your eyes. You can also use light Green eye shadow.

Eyes: Brown try a goldish brown eye pencil for the top lids and a light purple for the bottom lids. A mixture might be nice. Bronze eye shadow for the bottom lid, Top lid purple eye shadow, Medium to Brow line light white eye shadow with a golden tint.

Remember the less you put on the best.

For the Cheaks it really depends on your Skin Tone and your eyes.

Fair Complected White usually need something to tone up the pink under tones and enhance them. It should usually be able to blend with other areas of their face such as eyes, mouth. So I'd try a pink rose blush color for Brown, Brown Hazel, Blue, and Gray eyes with fair complected skin.

Bage pink blush color for Hazel Gray, Hazel Green, and Gray.

    Icy Pink for Green eyes.

Medium bage to Fair complected White skin should use a nice light pinky tan regardless of eyes.

Bage White should use a pinky tan...

Bronze White should use a tan.

Brown skin usually depends on the type of skin of the Browness.

Fair Complected Black people should weir Golden Brownze.

Bage Black people should weir Golden Grown.

Bronze Black Should weir Chocolate Black.

Now as far as lips base it upon your facial features as well as your eyes, skin and hair.

Fair complected White should weir a light pinky rosy red lipstick for their lips.

Fair complected Bage White should weir a pinky rose lipstick for their lips.

Bage White should weir a pink color suited to them.

Bronze White should weir a light pink color.

Fair Complected Black should weir a ruby red.

Bage Black should weir a deep auborn ruby red.

Bronze Black should weir a chocolate brown with a redish tint.

    Tips for make up.

    The eye: Eye Pencil

Start from the top lid with the eye pencil at the corner of the eye and nose exactly where the eye begins. Then trace the lid exactly at the lash line. Be careful not to pur the pencil in your eye. Then do the same for the bottom lid.

Pressure tends to denote style you want to achieve.

For a natural style light pressure is best.

    Eyes: Eye Shadow

Lightly Put the shadow of top lid above the eye pencil line. Make sure that the shadow is light and not heavy. For bottom lid make it even lighter.

    Cheaks: Blush

Lightly put the blush on the cheak bone. This usually can be felt with your fingers.

    Lips: Lipstick

Lightly put the lipstick on the lips bloat until it matches your face. Then place a lip gloss on your lips.

    Now for your hair:

    Strait Hair:

Brush your hair to look like how you want it to look. Divide your hair in sections, brush these sections thoroughly. Then for fullness. Flip your hair upside down then brush it out. Then flip it back up..

    Wavy Hair:

Brush your hair in sections with a comb. Then flip your hair slightly over your face but not on your face. Then gentle brush. Flip over, then brush again.

    Light Curl:

Symple Brush your hair in sections with a comb. Then run a brush through it.

    Curly Hair:

If you want you could attract guys this way, or you could be thought of as a well groamed individual.
I line the bottom of the eyes under the lashes and then use a Q-tip to ';soften'; it and on the top I line the inside rim from the tear duct to about 1/3 way in and then from that point I line above the lashes.
I prefer putting it on the bottom. But if you do, make sure you put it on a little thicker towards the outer part of the lower eye and make it fade/thiner as you go in towards your nose on the lower eye. I try and put it as close to the eye lash as possible. If you put it too far down from the eyelash it just looks like a mess. And if you do it the same thickness from one end to the other it makes your eyes look buggy. When doing it the way i'm saying, it gives your eyes an almond shape and it makes them look more exotic.

So my advice is, thicker on the outer part and thiner as you go in towards your nose, and try putting it on as close to the lash as possible. A pencil eyeliner works best, liquid makes it look too permanent and its hard to redo just right if you mess it up.

    Just practice!

Oh, same goes for the upper lid too...thicker towards the outside, and thinner towards the inside.
Under and above as well read some make up tips on this site
i apply eyeliner to bot my top and bottom eyelids. first, i make a dark line on my top lid, by closing my eye, and with one hand, i pull the skin to the side. and with the other i draw the line. sometimes, i make it a dark and thick line. other times i make it a very thin line. on the top eyelid, apply as close as you can to the lashes and on the top of the lashline. then, for the bottom eye lid. i open my eyes. and again. pull my skin lightly. not much. just lightly. and i apply liner under the lashline, as close to the line as posible. and i only apply liner to the outside half of the bottom lashline. i don't go all the way over like i do on the top. i think it just looks better. but if you are using black eyeliner, and want dark eyes. line around the entire eye. and if you do that, than you want to line over the lashline on the bottom lid. but lightly. not thick. on your bottom lids, you want a very light and thin line. you don't want to put oo much. when i use black eyeliner, i think that it's a little too harsh of a line, so i smudge the line on my top lid so that it kind of fades into my lid. you can either do this with your finger or and a smudger. anyway. i hope that this helps. if not. just google your qeustion and you'll find lots of sites with pictures and stuff on how to do it.
my makeup stylist always does this...If I have wet eye liner...he puts it above the bottum lashes and if its pencil liner then he puts a line under the lashes....hope this heilps...
yes, where your bottom lashes comes out. Try to put it on the outer corner of your lower eye. It looks GREAT!

    god bless
I like it inside the rim of the bottom lid-black is cool....great look with smudged black on the outside top and bottom lids, with a smokey effect. A bright color like white or blue is fun with lots of black mascara, gives it a retro 80's look. I used to put on makeup after school (high school-I was a geek!) I did it all the time, like costume or stage makeup, it was fun!

    Eye liner under my eyes?

Hey- i have VERY fair skin, and its a little oily, but not real bad.

The problem is i can't seem to get eyeliner to stay lining my eyes. I wear brown, and not even very heavy.

I have used all types and the nicer ones are either to expensive or doesn't stay on my eyes (revlon, covergirl... drugstore brands don't stay) Or the cheaper ones stay on my eyes but are so hard it hurts to apply!

    Help?Eye liner under my eyes?
Maybe your lining your water line, make sure you line your eyes bellow it between your lower lashes. I recommend you try Urban Decay's 24?4 eyeliner which is available at Sephora. It stays on all day and the creamy formula enables it to glide on smoothly. There are a variety of shades including brown. I've been using it for a long time.

    Check it out here:

I don't know how old you are, or how sure you are that you love the look of eyeliner, but permanent cosmetics might be a good option for you. You can get very natural looking ';lash enhancement'; eyeliner or a thicker, smudgey type line--whichever you prefer. It's usually about $250 and probably pretty painful, but you will never have to deal with the pain of application or the eyeliner smudging ever again!
i have very oily eyelids and even waterproof liner comes off. what i do is i use eyeshadow primer (like urban decay's potion primer- that's what i use) and then apply any eyeliner. it stays on all day!
Use the maybeline twist one. its like crayon but its easy too put on and does not at all iritate eyes and is only 拢2.99 its a thin cylinder shape. or miss sporty which is exactly the same, either same price or cheeper from superdrugs or boots :)
    get liquid liner

It's About Almay Smart Shade Blush~Makeup
I use annabelle it's about 4$ and it doesn't smuge off nor does it fade away as soon as you apply it on.
I don't know the brand off the top of my head, but it is a liquid eyeliner. and I got it from CVS.
    Maybelline Unstoppable. I love it.

What eye liner does the best job for under 20 dollars? Smears the least and stays on the longest?

Also, I have sensitive eyes. I';M LOOKING FOR EYE LINER THE SMEARS THE LEAST! THANKS.What eye liner does the best job for under 20 dollars? Smears the least and stays on the longest?
    I absolutely love the following:

    MAC Eye Kohls ($14.50)

    MAC Fluid Lines ($15.00)

NYC Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil ($4-7)What eye liner does the best job for under 20 dollars? Smears the least and stays on the longest?
easy...revlon color stay...that liner stays on really well...usually i use this liner to a pool or when i know im going to get wet...my eyes are sensitive as in that they water and tear easily rather than the skin around the eyes being sensitive...physicians formula is made for sensitive skin people if your lookng for drug store stuff...MAC's pencil liners are great if your not into drug store stuff as well as urban decay 24/7 pencils, which glide on effortlessly...i prefer urban decay as there is more of a variety of color.
Macs eye kohls! Or their Fluidlines. I like the eye kohls best. Theyre easier to apply and even last on your water line! Yay

Does your eye liner go under your eye all the time?how do you stop it going under your eyes after an hour or?

when ever i apply my eye liner it looks fine , but after an hour or so my eye liner goes under my eye and looks horrid to be honist, i like wearing eyeliner as it makes your eyes stand out but have stoppted because of my problem. Any tips ???Does your eye liner go under your eye all the time?how do you stop it going under your eyes after an hour or?
I use Bourjois eyeliner. It's not too expensive, but it's a little hard to find (it's available at Sephora and at Duty-Free stores in airports).

    Here are some tips:

    1. Line INSIDE the lashline. Hold your eyelashes down and carefully make the line.

    2. Do not apply eyeliner to lower lid. As you blink, the eyeliner on your top lid will smear on the lower lid, but it might not make it under your eyes.

    3. Don't wear mascara on your bottom lashes. Most people only pay attention to your top lashes anyway. That could be what is smearing under your eyes.

    4. Before applying eye makeup, put A LOT of powder under your eyes. Wipe some of it away after you are done applying the eye makeup. That will deal with any makeup that smudged during application. Continue to wipe away the leftover powder during the day as more eye makeup smears. The purpose of the powder is to catch the smears.

    5. Wear as little eye makeup as possible. Obviously, the less makeup is there, the less makeup will smear.

I hope I helped!Does your eye liner go under your eye all the time?how do you stop it going under your eyes after an hour or?
i only use it on my upper lid because of the same reason...when using mascara apply it to the bottom lashes too and it helps make your ees stand out without the mess of liner
u probably have liquid eyeliner. i use linestylist by mabelline. it works wonders. lol! but if u want to continue using the same eyeliner you've got now-done apply so much pressure just lightly dab it. wen u done, blink a couple times and make sure it didnt spread.

    good luck!
Benefit do a great Product called She-Lac, its kind of like a varnish that you paint on over your make-up. It works really well:)
Use a waterproof liner- most likely the moisture from your eyes is causing it to run. Every time you blink it could be sliding down your face.

If you don't already wear powder, you may want to give that a shot, too. Using either a brush or the side of the sponge or pouf that comes in the compact, try edging the powder up underneath your lower lashes while you look up.

You should also consider investing in a higher-quality liner. I like the Powerpoint line that M.A.C. puts out. It's a little more expensive than brands commonly found in drugstores, but because the colors are much more vibrant and you don't have to keep reapplying it, it lasts much longer.
i used to have the same problem now i use an eyeliner pencil then go over it with a liquid eyeliner it seems to act like a sealer.

    Hope this helps xXx
buy an expensive eyeliner , works for me !!
Try a waterproof liner of even a waterproof eyeshadow and apply with a damp cotton bud ;)
There are several reasons your eyeliner is running.

1.The brand may be part of the problem. If you are using a drug store brand, step up to a department store brand.

    2. Placement: are you lining the inside of your eye or under your lashes? (Don't line the inside of your eye on a daily basis, this is bad for your eye)

    3. How heavy of a line are you drawing?

    4. Are you using an eye cream that is too heavy for your eye area?

    5. Are your eyes watering alot and are you rubbing?

    6. Liquid liners are great, but keep those to the top lid and use a pencil on the bottom. Nobody will know the difference in the two types of liners.

    Hope this helps you.
nope not eyeliner but mascara does sometimes
Id love to know.... i have the same problem, about 3 hours after its all flaking off under my eyes and makes me look like ive had no sleep or look like a panda.

Ive found that it kind of helps if you uses liquid liner that is, if you apply it more than once, apply it...wait till it dries abit then apply it again after
Well the same happened to me until i asked my mom for help, she tolled me to burn the tip of the liner a lil bit and then when it cooled a lilbit not too much to apply it. trust me if you do it right it'll work 4 u too!!!!!!!!!!!!
use waterproof eye liner then a sealant like benefit's she-laq. then it won't budge until you use eye makeup remover.
i usually take the eyeliner put that on first then take a small small small makeup brush use the tip of it and use black eyeshadow over top of it or i just use the eyeshadow with some visine to set it i hope i helped good luck=)
waterproof will also droop down under your eyes when your sweat and it'll be harder for you to wipe it off when this does happen so get smudge proof instead and the trick is to apply the same shade eye shadow as your eye liner and apply it right over the eye liner. It gives your eye liner something to hold on to and the eye shadow absorbs the oil from making the eye liner bleed. It's what I was told to do and have been doing. this prevents it really from bleeding under the eyes. I agree it does look horrible and it's irritating to keep on applying eye liner. Do what I suggested and I promise you it will work. Another tip is to apply foundation under your eyes and on the top of your eyes as well and this just makes your eye liner stay on longer even more. Use an angle brush to apply the eye shadow over your eye liner. Well try it and see what you think.
I wore eyeliner yesterday, And i was mostly in the sun for about 10 hours straight because of an amusment park helper, anyways, I think the sun kinda melts it if your outside.

I wouldn't reccomend waterproof, it is way harder to get off, thinking about it, would you rather have something that comes off or not?

Anyways, if it messes up, no worries. Just about every 2 or 3 hours, go to the bathroom and take it off, apply it again. I gently wet Qtips with cold water and it comes off really easy.

    Stay beautiful. :]
Try putting waterproof mascara to define the lower lid instead of using liner there

I have brown eyes and under eye circles. Is it good to wear deep purple eye liner?

the eyeliner believe it or not will cover the find lines under your eyes. it helps. i would put mascara on too. after concealer of course. salmon colored concealer is best.I have brown eyes and under eye circles. Is it good to wear deep purple eye liner?

http://www.marykay.com/bvelazquez/whatsn鈥?/a>I have brown eyes and under eye circles. Is it good to wear deep purple eye liner?
I wouldn't, grab a concealer for your undereye circles based on your skin color, and if u like black eyeline or use blackish brown.

Is eye liner under the eye a good look?

i wear it it the top lid,i have brown eyes n i love the smokey eye effect i do ,but ive seen lots of women in magazines that wear it under the eye,yes or no? does it make your eyes look smaller as i wouldnt want thatIs eye liner under the eye a good look?
It just depends on ';HOW'; you're wearing itIs eye liner under the eye a good look?
It makes your eye look larger if you only put it on the lower lid. And it looks very nice when it's a color that compliments your skin tone.

    blonde and redhead- brown eyeliner

    Brunette- dark rich purple/eggplant eyeliner

    Black haired- Black eyeliner

Also, make sure that you smudge it, if you dont it will look very harsh
i wear eyeliner under the eyes cause it brings your eyes out more i think you should i think it looks better

and no it doesnt make you eyes look smaller
If you put a lot on then it will make your eyes look small. If you do just enough it will just make them stand out.
for a person who need make up
wearing too much eyeliner can make your eyes look smaller. but it all depends on how much you wear, the shape of your eyes, and how you apply it. i usually put a small amount of eyeliner on the bottom but i dont put it all the way around my eye. i think i look weird without just a little on the bottom. just play around with it and see what works best for you.
    heck yes
Yea just depends on how you wear it and what color you wear it in. Don't do it to dark because some time it will make you look fake or like a raccoon.LoL.
i like a little bit of liner under the eye but only until mid eye..not the full eye...i think both eyeliner on top and bottom is overkill. Usually it does make the eyes look smaller.
I wear it on my bottom lid i love it.
I wear liquid eyeliner on top and bottom, and line it with a dark brown pencil underneath to make it look smoky, and everyone always tells me I have beautiful eyes.
wearing it under your eye is good for girls that have big eyes.. other than that, it does make them look smaller.. why don't you try dabbing just a little bit of smoky eye shadow...
I like it I wear it everyday...I don't think my eyes look any smaller no
i personally love it and do it myself. i actually think it makes my eyes appear larger since it isnt on the inner part (which is closer to the eye).
I used to do that all the time until someone told me that it made my eyes look smaller. Now I line at the lash line and it gives my eyes much more definition. I think its a matter of taste however. If you have large eyes then it should be fine. Good luck.
I personally don't like it cause it makes my eyes look smaller and if you want them smaller then do that. I think it looks good with just the top one and some mascara.
No it doesnt it just outlines your eyes...its ok dont worry about your eyes looking smaller cause it wont do that
For evening it would be appropriate. It can make the eye look smaller. Apply it carefully.
it depends the way u put it on. me, i put it on the flat of the eye. my mom, she wears it underneath her eye. both beautiful, but u want to amek sure u wear a lighter color if u put it on the underneath of ur eye. i use black, my mom uses brown. duz that make sense?
It depends on the way you apply it, what kind of eyeliner you use, and how thick you make it. The thicker you make it, the smaller it makes your eyes look. If you want to open up your eyes or emphasize them, only apply your eyeliner from the outside of your lower lid to the middle, about where your pupil is.
if it is just under your eyes, then it makes them look small. if you put on the bottom and top it gives a really good smoky-look.
HELL YA.COUGH GIRL.IF WEAR THAT.YOULL BE THE WOMAN PICK UP ARTIST!

GIRLS.....How do you put on eye liner and mascara without it smearing all under your eyes?

I heard that if you put powder under your eyes it helps but does anything else work?GIRLS.....How do you put on eye liner and mascara without it smearing all under your eyes?
You can do your eyes first. Clean up the under eye area with a cotton ball and a little eye makeup remover, and then do the foundation.GIRLS.....How do you put on eye liner and mascara without it smearing all under your eyes?
I would try another brand of makeup. You get what you pay for.

I would use a q-tip, with a dab of remover on it if need be.

I never knew mascara could get all over the place under your eyes. I say practise more putting it on, you can rest your elbow against the mirror to get a steadier hand.
you have too have a steady hand.....if you dont its hard to put makeup onn
How do you put it on in the first place to smear it everywhere? With Mascara, just let it dry before you remove with a dry cottonbud (q-tip). With eyeliner, if it's a pen, make sure it's sharp so you don't get a too thick line and remove any misstakes with a cottonbud with a little foundation on it (or face/eye cream if you are not wearing foundation). With liquid eyeliner, remove any unwanted marks with a (surprise) cottonbud dipped in a little bit of eye make up remover.

With the whole powder thing, that only helps if you put on eyeshadow and it falls down below your eyes (quite good if you are putting on a very dark shadow).
    Other things that work:

Use an oil-free moisturizer and foundation.

Look for Mascara's that are waterproof and smudge-free.

Eyeliner can be tricky, but if you use black eyeliner - ';set'; it by going over it with a thin line/layer of black eyeshadow - if you use another color of eyeliner, match the eyeshadow to your preferred color.

You may also want to consider liquid eyeliners as they won't smudge.

Hope these tips help - I find them to work like a charm!
I have never really had this problem. Every once in a while I will get some mascara under my eye and I just use a Q-Tip to wipe it off. If you are getting eyeliner under your eye, you are probably using too much. A little bit goes a long way!
put it on CAREFULLY.....i use a q-tip if it gets messed up though....
Give it up! Makeup is nasty!
If it smears under my eyes I just wipe it off with a q-tip. Other then that powder might work...I dunno I never really have that problem...maybe you should try different kind of make up....
    very carefully
I am Attended MANY Makeup Classes (b/c of Work- Stylist) and they suggest putting a LOT of Translucent Loose Powder under the Eye.. and when finished Blow (or use a Blowdryer) or Brush it away! Seems to SET the Foundation and its easy to clean.

Lets say your Liner gets into the Translucent Powder you just brush it away and apply more instead of Getting makeup remover and starting over again!

    Try It!
dont use liquid eyliner use pencil eyeliner and dont put abunch of mascara on put it on the upper half of your eyelashes.
    .
Well, to set a pencil/kohl liner you can set it with a matching eyeshadow...that will prevent it from smearing. e.g.( I use MAC Kohl pencil in Smolder which is a intense black and I set it with Carbon eyeshadow...intense black matte shadow) Also, if you mascara is running and smearing then maybe you should try waterproof mascara. I personally don't like waterproof mascaras because it is really hard to remove even with eye makeup remover and it makes my lashes brittle.
I do not have problems myself when putting it on I only have issues after a few hours. I normally use a makeup sponge to kind of pull mu eyelid taught when putting on liner then mascara the open mouth trick I think almost every girl does just be steady and try not to close your eyes so your mascara is able to dry. I have heard the powder trick but have not tried it myself. J me is right a box of q-tips is a must have I use them all the time to fix mistakes!
Its now how u put it on. More than likely its the kind of products you are using. Try Revlon ColorStay, works like a charm for me.
apply it carefully taking your time, apply your eyeliner first then ur eyeshadow then your mascara if you smudge it use a baby wipe wrapped around the finger tip and gently glide it under your eyes problem solved
the absolute best eye liner i have try ed is styli style flat eye pencil

it's flat!!! kind of hard to explain without pictures but it works . i can put it one with out a mirror in the dark with out it smearing

as for the mascara put it on carefully as my sister all ways said

mascara is the most dangerous makeup tool LOL

    hope it works out (:

I use Bonne Bell it's great.

You can also use a bit of eyeshadow primer to keep it on.

How can I get rid of the black under my eyes after using black eye liner, pencil.?

I love wearing black eye liner but dread removing it. Also what can I do to keep it from running, or avoid it droping under my eyes and having me look like a zombie? How can I get rid of the black under my eyes after using black eye liner, pencil.?
The best way to get ride of black eye liner is an eye make-up remover. I like Clinique. And the best thing to use to keep it from running is to use a waterproof liner. How can I get rid of the black under my eyes after using black eye liner, pencil.?
I know its wierd but spit on a q-tip and it wipes off easily, great if you accidentally slip with the mascara. lol
Use vaseline (petroleum jelly) to remove your eye makeup. works wonders.
    baby oil
    vaseline and tissue!
you can try mascara remover, and to keep in from running, try using a light, or translucent powder under the eye.
Use liquid Vitamin E--It removes it easily and prevents skin breakdown and wrinkles.
never never never use baby oil or vaseline around your eyes! these products are occlusive--which means they seal the skin. They're great to keep moisture in your skin on your feet or hands, but if the stuff gets into your eyes you're in trouble! Because they seal off the skin, they are very difficult to remove, so your eye cream won't penetrate, your eye makeup won't stay on...

to answer your question, find a fragrance-free, pH balanced

eye makeup remover designed to remove the type of eye makeup you wear (waterproof or not).
I see a lot of people answered the question of how to remove the eyeliner (eye makeup remover is best), but no one really answered how to keep it from smearing and running.

If you're having this problem, which tends to happen with pencil eyeliner, I stongly recommend using eye shadow instead. Just use a dark, deeply pigmented eyeshadow color (I use MAC shadow in Carbon) with an eyeliner brush. If the color doesn't go an as dark as you want you can wet the brush and it will go on darker and more dramatic. It's easy to apply and it will stay on a LOT better then a pencil.Try it!

Oh and don't apply any lotion or anything around your eyes unless you have dry skin.
use MAC cosmetics! they work awesome and never smudge! they are a little pricey too, but it's worth it!neway use eye makeup remover! its a clear liquid tthat comesin a bottle! put it on a tissue or cotton ball, wipe ur eyes, and ur ready 2 go!
Ponds or Loreal make up removal. Baby oil get's in my eye's and burns.
The best type of make-up is Mary Kay. Their Oil-Free Eye Make-Up Remover is the Best! You can use Vaseline but it leaves a greasy feeling around your eyes!
Mary Kay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover
Well you dont need to wear eyeliner aLL the time but going outa the house its cool.....theres a really good eye makeup remover from loreal' and it doesnt smear.....:) good luck
    OHMYGOSH.

The exact same thing happens to me.

Take a QTIP, and get baby oil on it, [it removes make-up really well] and take it off.

To stop it from smearing, make sure you don't put it on the underpart of your eyelid, because when you blink it will get on the bottom eyelid, and then it smears.

    good luck!
buy almay makeup removing pads. just wipe under your eyes and you are ready to go!
Ponds cold cream it's so smooth and won't irritate the skin
Omgsh that happens to me a LOT! Here's what I do:

All I do if I get a cue-tip and get it wet (normally I just put it in my mouth and well obviously my ';spit'; does the rest.. lol) But after that I just rup it under my eyes and it gets it off! Problem Solved!

Lol Ok Hope it works for youu
Most all makeup lines have a makeup remover. My facial cleanser cleanses my face and removes eye makeup. And it doesn't sting my eyes which is awesome. I use Purity by Philosophy. Good stuff.
try using pencil eyeliner not the brayon cuz that one smudges and melts
make up remover, try the cleaner from clinque or olay face wash
if you have anything like an eye cream or cold cream (i actuallly use my mom's wrinkle cream), put it around your eyes, and remove with a Q-Tip. it works every time!! don't use just soap...that never works!
You can get eye make-up remover. Or use a little less liner. To avoid it getting under your eyes use waterproof eyeliner.
USE A LITTLE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ON A Q TIP
use lotion and them wash ur face
    Baby oil works.

Try using a matte powder to set it and choose a product for oily skin as that is why even the waterproof is running. Good Luck! How do you keep eye liner and mascara from running under the eyes?
buy an eye primer for both lashes %26amp; lids. the best are sold at MAC. so I would recommend that. talk to the girls there they'll help you
After you put on concealer, if you use it, use a little loose or pressed powder over it; that usually helps. Also, look for oil free and matte foundation and concealer.
Buy Waterproof Or Use facial Powder
take away it's running shoes ( lol) I'm just kidding I don't know use less of it I guest
Use clear mascara on the lower lids. It will bring out the lower lashed and you won't risk the black racoon smudges. Then, maybe consider only using eleliner on your upper lid and just barely outlining the very corner of you undereye. That tend to look better than the eyeliner being all along the underside of the eye. If you won't consider that, switch to a different shade of eyeliner like brown or pink or something that won't be so noticable if it runs. Also, try investing in something like Clinque which is not nearly as waxy as some of the other eyeliners. The better quality pays off.
IF U ARE USING THE ACTUAL PENCIL LINER, SWITCH 2 LIQUID. MINE NEVER RUNS, OH AND ANOTHER TIP, PUT ON SOME TYPE OF EYE CONCEALER. TRY URBAN DECAY-MAGIC. IT WORKS GREAT GOOD LUCK
use matte powder under your eyes.
That all depends on the kind of makeup you're using. And how much of it. Try investing in a better mascara like L'ancome.

Be sure your face is really clean before you put your make up on. The oils in your face are what is causing the make up to run.

As far as the liner, try using a dark shadow (black, brown etc) and a liner brush. This will not run. If you need a more intense color, line with a pencil first then cover with the shadow to set it in.

The basically do not touch your face throughout the day. The oils from your hand transfer to your face and just make a mess. Keep QTips in your purse to clean up smudges during the day.

    Goodluck!
I use a little line of eye shadow under the liner color for under the eye and that creates a barrier so the eyeliner to stay put for the best part of the day even when I'm slicing onions at my job. it also looks nice adds a little something especially if you're using black eye liners

well have u ever tryed waterproof... if it still runs and ur eyes water dont use it thats wats making it run... any ways try somthing different

Make sure that area of free is any greases/oils. If your skin is naturally oily then try applying a powder underneath your lower lids.

I've also heard from a few places that after you have applied your makeup, try spritzing some cool water on your face; just a small sheen, and then let dry. It's supposed to ';set'; your makeup so it doesn't rub off so easily.

If you are experimenting, try using eyeshadows wet in a very thin line, gives the same appearance for free :)

They don't make red because that would look awful! Do you like the look of tired, red eyes? No!

How do i keep the eye liner from smearing under my eyes?

it also builds at the corners of my eye...i can't go to the bathroom to fix it ever half hour..what do i do?How do i keep the eye liner from smearing under my eyes?
Liquid or gel eyeliner will stay for 6-8 hours or more at a time, depending on the quality of the brand you use. It may be messy when you apply it to your lower lash line, until you get the hang of it, but you can always use q-tips to clean it up. Then, like someone else said, brush translucent or fair-colored loose or pressed powder underneath your eyes also.

My favorite, which never budges after even 12 hours, is MAC gel eyeliner. I use it inside my lower lid too, and again, I rarely need a touchup before 12 hours have passed, even when I've been at a party smiling and blinking and stuff for a long time. :)How do i keep the eye liner from smearing under my eyes?
You need to apply it right read some useful make up tips and more on this site to help you with it
    Don't rub your eyes
Make sure and brush a thin layer of powder underneath. That seems to help me anyway. I also carry powder and brush it under my eyes during the evening. I used to put a SMALL amount of baby powder under eyes, then flesh colored powder over that. But I am very fair. Good luck...

thats means your putting it to high, you should be putting it just underneath or bottom eleylashes, right now it sounds like your putting it on your inner eyelid, wichj is very bad because over ther night it goes behind your eye when it comes off, and it gets to the little crestb in the corner beacuse of over the night , or leaving it on for a very long time which is seriously not good.
Put on some natural eye shadow before applying pencil eyeliner.

Try Bobbi Brown eye shadow #2 Bone.
Use liquid eyeliner, and apply foundation under and around your eyes before applying the eyeliner, and after. make sure to blend it well.
apply i little finishing powder under your eyes after you apply the liner
buy a water-proof eye liner! it helps
Apply your eyeliner lightly than, take an eyeshadow brush not an applicator and blend it with a little bit of translucent face powder. This should help you!! :-)
