How can i put eye liner on the top of my eye?

I use a eyeliner pencil... Its pretty easy... but it helps if you can put your liner on without pulling your lower lid out...How can i put eye liner on the top of my eye?
the best way for inexperienced people is to put your eyeliner on in small dash strokes going for the inner corner of your eye to the outside. If that's too hard try just placing dots on your lashline and then wiggle your mascara wand at the roots of the lash when applying a coat of mascara.





wiggling the mascara wand back and forth gives the illusion of eyeliner sometimes. but make sure not to use to much force or you'll ruin the makeup and mascara application.How can i put eye liner on the top of my eye?
Pull ze corner of your eye out and down. Line ze eye.
