haha, well to start off i love the rocker kind so i totally know wat ur talking about! i would say if ur trying to pull off the rocker look wear black eyeliner on the bottom. but if u wanna wear it around ur entire eye that looks good too (in my opinion) :)Im a guy so so what other people think...so do you put eye liner on top and bottom?
very very very light lines and very thin lines of eye liner on top and bottom.
and not so much for anything else as far as make up goes.
You can wear eyeliner on top and bottom.
If you were really emo, you would know how to do emo makeup. This just makes you look like a poser.
Guys don't use eye liner.
