Is pencil eye liner meant to be for the top eye lid?

it never looks right when i put it on the top...and i cant use liquid liner Is pencil eye liner meant to be for the top eye lid?
You can use a pencil liner on either the top or bottom of your eyes. Liquid just takes a little while to master. Try practicing at home when you have time to wash it off and start over if you mess up.Is pencil eye liner meant to be for the top eye lid?
yeah but Liquid eye liner is much better if you know how to apply it.
well yeah you could put it on the top, but i always find that it like rubs off onto the top of your eye because it is so like soft and stuff


but i always used liquid anyways cos its easier to put on every day and lasts longer. xx
Liquid eyeliner is better for the top but you Can use pencil eyeliner. I especially like the really thin ones by N.Y.C. :)

i see ppl put it on top all the time and it never smudges to ur eye crease but everytime i use it it does so i just got liqud liner and it never does it took me a few times to get it right puting it on with out looknig bad but it works
yes and also ur lips
pencil does tend to smudge, but practice makes perfect. use a cotton bud to take it off if it goes wrong. my personal opinion is that if you can master liquid, it looks a lot better.





if you want to try again using liquid, a tip is to apply the eyeshadow first, then put the liquid on, leave to dry, then put on a little more eyeshadow. it will stop it smudging and it looks amazing.
you can but liquid is easier rimmel do really good ones and youtube.com have tutorial videos of how to put it on.
