And by the way i have Puppy eyes so i dontk now wheiter to put it on top or on the bottem too!Would i look better with eye liner under my eye or no top to?
well i put mines on the top and the bottom. on the top i use liquid and on the bottom the pencil. but somtimes i only put in on the bottomWould i look better with eye liner under my eye or no top to?
Look in the mirror. Put some eyeliner on top and take a picture. Then put some on the bottom and take a picture (while you still have the top on). And then take off the top take a picture. After that just look at the photos and see which one looks the best. Different people look better with different amounts of eyeliner. And if you can't decide, show a friend and ask them :)
