Putting Eye liner on the top lid?

Eyeliner on the top lid makes the lashes look a bit thicker, but whenever I put eye liner on my top lid, it just makes my eyes look smaller. What can i do to make my lashes look thicker besides mascara?Putting Eye liner on the top lid?
mess with colors along with the mascara. eyeliner by itself is almost like a wall around your eye, but when you dress it up with color, it gives the illusion of sometimes bigger or more playful eyes that really pop from your face. to do this, use colors that complement your natural eye color. these would normally be the opposite colors, like if you have brown eyes, use blue or green. blue eyes, you use yellow/gold or reds/pinks. etc...Putting Eye liner on the top lid?
i wear blue eyeliner(i kno crazy right) bt it looks pretty with my eye color cuz their a bluish green.i suggest trying a whole bunch of differnt colors,,blacks,purple,browns,green,blues etc... every1's eyes r different nd its prolly the color ur using so try differnet ones experiment and c if they make a difference nd i lyk the big lash shimmer mascara
Fake eyelashes maybe? Or try a different mascara.

you can still use liner, just apply it in dots, not a line. it really does work =)
