okay stretch out your eye like a japanese person and put it right by your eyelashes.How do you put on a liquid eye liner i mean the one you put on top of your top eye lashes.?
First it doesn't go on your eyelashes it goes just above them. Liquid eye liner is good for that reason because it is easily controlled to put on a thin line because generally is comes in brighter colors that you don't need a lot of.
Close one eye get close to the mirror and lean on something to steady your arm. Then draw a thin line along the edge of your eye lid, if you mess up start again or use a makeup wipe to remove the error. Practice makes perfect. It took me about 10 attempts to get it right! Just play about with the brush holding it different ways to see which works best for you and if a thick or thin line suits you.

close your eye and watch the line you draw...if you make a lil smudge get a wet q-tip and rub it down toward the lash line (not all the way...just to make it even)
when i first started out i lifted my upper eye lid and applied the eyeliner UNDER the base of my eye lashes...gives the same basic effect and it gives your eyelashes a lil boost ^_^
close you eye and make a thin line right above your lashes thick or thin depending on how you want it thicker tends to make your eye look more gothic than attractive thinner makes it a more attractive look. Give it a try
