Close your eyes and start from the end of your eyelid to the middle of your cornea or from starting on the same end you can line it all the way.
it has to be on the tip right above the lining %26amp; on top of your lashes. I do mine every day %26amp; it's a perfect line. People always ask me how do i get the line so neat %26amp; perfect? liquid eyeliner is very challenging, you have to keep practicing %26amp; wear it every day to get it how you want it! liquid eyeliner is also exotic looking, way better then pencil liner which is boring!
pull eye lid tight, and then line it like u norm wood
I apply it from eyelash to eyelash.
If you line your eye go from the beginning of your upper lash on the inner corner to the outer corner and just use a cotton swab to clean up andy mess ups.
pull your eye by the outer corner, and paint the line from in to out. then do the other on the same.





i buy the liquid eyeliner that looks like a felt-tip pen. it helps control the line. ';physicians formula felt tip eye marker';.
I've always had the same problem. If anyone else's suggestions don't work, buy Covergirl Liquid Pencil. It looks exactly the same as liquid eyeliner but it's felt tip makes it much easier to apply.
