Where are you suppose to put your eye liner on/under?

are you suppose to put it on like where your bottom eyelashes come out of? the actual spot they come out. if not where....cuz i never know where to put it.Where are you suppose to put your eye liner on/under?
Your lash line. Like, directly past the point where they grow on the outer lid. If you do it on the inner lid, you risk getting an eye infection, and directly on the lashes can become a smudgy, inconsistent mess.Where are you suppose to put your eye liner on/under?
on the TOP from even to your pupil out to the sides
There are basically 2 types of eyeliner that most people use.

Liquid and pencil.

Liquid eyeliner is usually used on the top lid, whereas pencil eyeliner can be used on the top, bottom, or both.

How you apply your eyeliner depends on:

- the type of liner that you use

- your eye shape

- the look that you're trying to get

So...there really is no direct answer for this question.

Makeup, especially eyeliner, can be fun, so experiment with it.

You can also look up tutorials or go for a makeover and get the makeup artist to teach you on proper makeup application, including wearing eyeliner. Remember that makeup looks different on everyone, so you really have to try and play around with it until you get the look that you want. Good luck!
under the lashes and on the top right by your eye lashes
I PREFER TO PUT IT ON UNDER IT LAST LONGER AND DOESN'T SMEAR AS EASY
you can wear it wherever you want.....depends on your eyes though. Are they big, round, slanty, what look are you going for,
yea i put it there like real close to ur eye...ppl say its not good but it looks stupid the other way
Apply it closest to the lashes, if you apply it thinly you can go top and bottom. To make your eyes pop use a different or opposite color of your eyes.
it dont matter
Depending on the eye shade. Place the color on the Top and lower lid. Note: Place a lighter color on the lower lid.

Eyes: Blue Hazel you might try a gray for the Top and Bottom lid.

Remember the less you put on the best.

For the Cheaks it really depends on your Skin Tone and your eyes.

Fair Complected White usually need something to tone up the pink under tones and enhance them. It should usually be able to blend with other areas of their face such as eyes, mouth. So I'd try a pink rose blush color for Brown, Brown Hazel, Blue, and Gray eyes with fair complected skin.

Bage pink blush color for Hazel Gray, Hazel Green, and Gray.

Icy Pink for Green eyes.

Medium bage to Fair complected White skin should use a nice light pinky tan regardless of eyes.

Bage White should use a pinky tan...

Bronze White should use a tan.

Brown skin usually depends on the type of skin of the Browness.

Fair Complected Black people should weir Golden Brownze.

Bage Black people should weir Golden Grown.

Bronze Black Should weir Chocolate Black.

Now as far as lips base it upon your facial features as well as your eyes, skin and hair.

Fair complected White should weir a light pinky rosy red lipstick for their lips.

Fair complected Bage White should weir a pinky rose lipstick for their lips.

Bage White should weir a pink color suited to them.

Bronze White should weir a light pink color.

Fair Complected Black should weir a ruby red.

Bage Black should weir a deep auborn ruby red.

Bronze Black should weir a chocolate brown with a redish tint.

Tips for make up.

The eye: Eye Pencil

Start from the top lid with the eye pencil at the corner of the eye and nose exactly where the eye begins. Then trace the lid exactly at the lash line. Be careful not to pur the pencil in your eye. Then do the same for the bottom lid.

Pressure tends to denote style you want to achieve.

For a natural style light pressure is best.

Eyes: Eye Shadow

Lightly Put the shadow of top lid above the eye pencil line. Make sure that the shadow is light and not heavy. For bottom lid make it even lighter.

Cheaks: Blush

Lightly put the blush on the cheak bone. This usually can be felt with your fingers.

Lips: Lipstick

Lightly put the lipstick on the lips bloat until it matches your face. Then place a lip gloss on your lips.

Now for your hair:

Strait Hair:

Brush your hair to look like how you want it to look. Divide your hair in sections, brush these sections thoroughly. Then for fullness. Flip your hair upside down then brush it out. Then flip it back up..

Wavy Hair:

Brush your hair in sections with a comb. Then flip your hair slightly over your face but not on your face. Then gentle brush. Flip over, then brush again.

Light Curl:

Symple Brush your hair in sections with a comb. Then run a brush through it.

Curly Hair:

Symple Brush your hair in sections with a comb. Then run a brush through it apply a lotion to get ride of frizz.

Wako Curly Hair:

Comb your hair in sections, then add anti frizz cream.

As for dress.

The Winters: Or fair complected peoples should weir jewel tones.

The Springs: Should weir Flower tones.

Flower tones are colors you would see in spring.

The Summer: Should weir Pastels.

Autumn: Should weir Earth Tones.

Now depending on what region you live the style is different. Look at magazines for what is in fashion.

If you want you could attract guys this way, or you could be thought of as a well groamed individual.
I line the bottom of the eyes under the lashes and then use a Q-tip to ';soften'; it and on the top I line the inside rim from the tear duct to about 1/3 way in and then from that point I line above the lashes.
I prefer putting it on the bottom. But if you do, make sure you put it on a little thicker towards the outer part of the lower eye and make it fade/thiner as you go in towards your nose on the lower eye. I try and put it as close to the eye lash as possible. If you put it too far down from the eyelash it just looks like a mess. And if you do it the same thickness from one end to the other it makes your eyes look buggy. When doing it the way i'm saying, it gives your eyes an almond shape and it makes them look more exotic.

So my advice is, thicker on the outer part and thiner as you go in towards your nose, and try putting it on as close to the lash as possible. A pencil eyeliner works best, liquid makes it look too permanent and its hard to redo just right if you mess it up.

Just practice!

Oh, same goes for the upper lid too...thicker towards the outside, and thinner towards the inside.
Under and above as well read some make up tips on this site
i apply eyeliner to bot my top and bottom eyelids. first, i make a dark line on my top lid, by closing my eye, and with one hand, i pull the skin to the side. and with the other i draw the line. sometimes, i make it a dark and thick line. other times i make it a very thin line. on the top eyelid, apply as close as you can to the lashes and on the top of the lashline. then, for the bottom eye lid. i open my eyes. and again. pull my skin lightly. not much. just lightly. and i apply liner under the lashline, as close to the line as posible. and i only apply liner to the outside half of the bottom lashline. i don't go all the way over like i do on the top. i think it just looks better. but if you are using black eyeliner, and want dark eyes. line around the entire eye. and if you do that, than you want to line over the lashline on the bottom lid. but lightly. not thick. on your bottom lids, you want a very light and thin line. you don't want to put oo much. when i use black eyeliner, i think that it's a little too harsh of a line, so i smudge the line on my top lid so that it kind of fades into my lid. you can either do this with your finger or and a smudger. anyway. i hope that this helps. if not. just google your qeustion and you'll find lots of sites with pictures and stuff on how to do it.
my makeup stylist always does this...If I have wet eye liner...he puts it above the bottum lashes and if its pencil liner then he puts a line under the lashes....hope this heilps...
yes, where your bottom lashes comes out. Try to put it on the outer corner of your lower eye. It looks GREAT!

god bless
I like it inside the rim of the bottom lid-black is cool....great look with smudged black on the outside top and bottom lids, with a smokey effect. A bright color like white or blue is fun with lots of black mascara, gives it a retro 80's look. I used to put on makeup after school (high school-I was a geek!) I did it all the time, like costume or stage makeup, it was fun!
