the eyeliner believe it or not will cover the find lines under your eyes. it helps. i would put mascara on too. after concealer of course. salmon colored concealer is best.I have brown eyes and under eye circles. Is it good to wear deep purple eye liner?

I wouldn't, grab a concealer for your undereye circles based on your skin color,and if u like black eyeline or use blackish brown.
