I've heard you aren't supposed to put it on the waterline, but sometimes it looks better there. It all depends on who you are.


It would be easier if you had pictures of one on the waterline, and one underneath.

its better as close to the lash line as possible, and I would suggest a waterproof pencil. Rimming inside is good only on top, avoid the bottom though.


Also, black may be too bold depending on your complexion. If you're fair: only use it for a dramatic night look;


I would recommend a purple liner that has a more red undertone. It will complement your blue eyes and really define them nicely.


If you don't know what you're looking for, go to a counter or a sephora and have a make up artist help you.
It should be used along the bottom lash line and then wet a q-tip and run it underneath the last line to clean up. When you do it like this it will last longer and make your eyes look perfect!





I do it closer to the water line as well.



ON the lash line. Run your eyeliner pencil just over the root's of your bottom lashes and put a little mascara on. Maybe some white eyeliner on your water line, to make your eyes look bigger,and more awake.

waterline and just a tiny but under it, dont put too much under it cuz then it looks trashy, the waterline is more natural and deinfes your eyes better
water line under it looks like a racoon and will eventually [[within a year]] from rubbing the eyeliner across ur eye will make ur bottom eyelashes fall out. ick.
It is called the water line..and if your eyes are small I would put under lash line...if big then you can put on the water line.
If you have small or medium eyes, put it on the lash line. If you have big eyes, wear eyeliner on the waterline.






on the water line... im guessing u mean the lower lash line but on the top right? Well, i really like how it looks there especially on blue eyes so ur very lucky.
water line? you mean the inner lid? I wear it all around, I to have blue eyes and wear only black eyeliner.
