How do you put on liquid eye liner top and bottom?

use lipuid eyeliner for definate lines. keep ur hand steady and the thinnest part of the line should be an the inner corners and to soften the effect use a slightly lighter coloured eye shadow underneath or use pencil eyeliner. remember dont drag your skin aound your eyes because its very delicate so be gentle.How do you put on liquid eye liner top and bottom?
I like using liquid only on top (mod look). You do have to be careful with applying and maybe if you make a mistake, you can keep some q-tips on hand.How do you put on liquid eye liner top and bottom?
It's possible but a bit difficult. It will take some practice hun. Remember to pull your bottom lid away from your eye and use the tip of the liquid pen to lightly line the lid. If liquid gets in your eye, it will burn. If you aren't up to it, use a pencil eyeliner. They work just as well. I use liquid for the top and pencil for the bottom. Good luck!
I've never used liquid, it's always been way to difficult for me. I stick with pencil. Sorry.

i start from the outside of the eye and then the inner to the middle. i dont put liquid on the bottom... just use pencil for that....you have to be careful not to put it in your eye.. just trying keeping a steady hand... and yea.. have some q-tips in hand..
