Eye liner on bottom, top, or both?

both, on the top all the way through and on the bottom, just the corners, that way it doesnt look too over the top, and it makes your eyes look bigger!

i only put it onto the corners, like near the outside edges. ontop and on bottom tend to make peoples eyes look too small or racoon like, if you put on too much.

Depends on my mood and what I'm wearing. Always on bottom, though.
well if your eyes are big, they can handle on the bottom. if they're smaller, one the bottom might make you look older. if you want a smokey effect like hilary duff or avril lavigne then both will work. or, something i do for a somewhat natural look is applying eyeliner on half of my bottom lid. on the outermost part. not towards your nose(:

I put liner on my top lids only so my eyes look bigger if you have really big eyes like my sister has then line both to make them look saller.
Top is suitable for daytime, and for nighttime I would do both.

well if you are looking for a dramatic look put in on the top and bottom is you dont want a dramatic look only put in on the bottom
something dark for the top and light and sort of glittery for the bottom.

top if youre eyes are on the smaller side but if you have big eyes both with smoky eyeshadow and lots of mascara =] try doing flicks as well - looks pretty for big and small eyes

I do both. I line the inner rim of the eye and then put a line of black eye shadow just on the upper eye along the lash line
for me defiantly bottom but its just me i guess i never tried it at the top or both but ill defiantly will...but i go for bottom=]
Liquid on top and pencil smudged under bottom lash line from center out to corner. 2 coats mascara. Does it for me every time.
