How to eye liner on top?

how do u do eye liner on top? err I cant seem to do it very well how do u do it? is there like a easy way to do it? thanks a bunch!How to eye liner on top?
Start from the outer corner and work your way in, getting as close to the lashes as you can. You can pull the eyelid taut if you need to. You can also do little strokes and connect them together, instead of one straight unbroken line across. Pencils are easiest and powder and a brush is more forgiving, because you can smudge your mistakes.





I've always found it easier to line my upper eyelid. It's lining underneath the eyes I can never get right.How to eye liner on top?
make sure your eyeliner (if your using a pencil, liquid shouldn't matter) is pointed, not blunt. But not so sharp it will scratch you!!





If your hand cant seem to keep steady when your applying your eyeliner, prop your elbow (the opposite one thats holding the eyeliner) up in front of the mirror and rest your head on it while the other hand does the work.





Try and be quick when you apply the eyeliner - dont stop and start, or take the pencil off. This will make it jaggedy.





Draw nearly on your eyelashes, just at the base where the skin and eyelash meet.





If your not very good practise with and wear light coloured eyeliner, not black or dark purple.

go to the outer corner of your eye and pull it so your eyelid because taunt, then take you eyeliner in your other hand and slowllllly apply it from the inner corner to the outer corner, or wherever you want it.
Pull your eye left or right just a bit and add a thin line of eyeliner.
