I agree with the urban decay,
they have eye shadow sets that include samples, best time to get makeup now....holiday value pack~~
use mac cosmetics primer under your eyeshadow and eyeliner. it works. I have never had any smudges.
Urban Decay Primer Potion works wonders! Try just some foundation, that would be better than nothing. I would also look to see if you can find any eye shadow primer at your local store and try that! The Urban Decay one is really great!
